The liquid vitamin mineral supplement is a must have for maximum vitality and health. In today’s fast food environment most of us do not get the proper balance of food for the necessary for optimal health Unfortunately the body only absorbs 10 to 20 percent of the nutrients found in traditional pills and capsules. Thus the case for the liquid vitamin mineral supplement.
That 10-20% goes even lower as we age (especially we seniors darn it - :-)) as we have a heck of a lot less stomach acid required to break down these pills and capsules.
Some simple research also reveals a deficiency in nutrients can cause us suffering and may even shorten our lives. Can you even begin to imagine what this maybe doing to our children and grandchildren as their bodies and minds are trying to develop? Crazy behavior, inattentiveness, bad grades, ancy-pants, hyper? Humm…?
After snooping around a little we also learned that four to five crop rotations were planted each year on a single plot of land, intense farming practices have depleted vital nutrients from the soil. 99% of us are deficient in minerals…The alarming fact is that foods, fruits, vegetables, and grains now being raised on millions of acres of land no longer contain enough certain needed minerals and are starving us, no matter how much of them we eat.
Take a peek at the U.S. Senate Document 264 and the 1992 Earth Summit Report support these findings and suggest that 99 percent of Americans are mineral deficient.
Malnutrition comes in the form of “too much” rather than too little - too much saturated fat, too many hydrogenated fats, too much sodium, too much refined sugar, too many calories. These food excesses result in an added burden to the body and do not supply adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals. Over 90% of U.S. adults are still deficient in at least one vitamin or mineral. We are an overfed and undernourished nation.
We have a serious malnutrition problem here in the USA but its not for the lack of food. Thus the obvious need for the liquid vitamin mineral supplement.

If you know what you’re doing, you can quickly find what you’re
looking for on eBay - and the more you know about how buyers
find you, the easier you’ll find it to be found. Here are a few
golden searching rules.
Be specific: If you’re searching for the first edition of the
original Harry Potter book, you’ll get further searching for
‘harry potter rowling philosopher’s stone first edition’ than
you will searching for ‘harry potter’. You’ll get fewer results,
but the ones you do get will be far more relevant.
Spell incorrectly: It’s a sad fact that many of the sellers on
eBay just can’t spell. Whatever you’re looking for, try thinking
of a few common misspellings - you might find a few items here
that have slipped through the cracks.
Get a thesaurus: You should try to search for all the different
words that someone might use to describe an item, for example
searching for both ‘TV’ and ‘television’, or for ‘phone’,
‘mobile’ and ‘cellphone’. Where you can, though, leave off the
type of item altogether and search by things like brand and
model.
Use the categories: Whenever you search, you’ll notice a list of
categories at the side of your search results. If you just
searched for the name of a CD, you should click the ‘CDs’
category to look at results in that category only. Why bother
looking through a load of results that you don’t care about?
Don’t be afraid to browse: Once you’ve found the category that
items you like seem to be in, why not click ‘Browse’ and take a
look through the whole category? You might be surprised by what
you find.
Few people realize just how powerful eBay’s search engine is - a
few symbols here and there and it’ll work wonders for you.
Wildcard searches: You can put an asterisk (*) into a search
phrase when you want to say ‘anything can go here’. For example,
if you wanted to search for a 1950s car, you could search for
‘car 195*’. 195* will show results from any year in the 1950s.
In this order: If you put words in quotes (”") then the only
results shown will be ones that have all of the words between
the quote marks. For example, searching for “Lord of the Rings”
won’t give you any results that say, for example “Lord Robert
Rings”.
Exclude words: Put a minus, and then put any words in brackets
that you don’t want to appear in your search results. For
example: “Pulp Fiction” -(poster, photo) will find items related
to Pulp Fiction but not posters or photos.
Either/or: If you want to search for lots of words at once, just
put them in brackets: the TV example from earlier could become
‘(TV, television)’, which would find items with either word.
I hope this little primer helps you with your eBay searches.
Whether you’re searching for an item you want to purchase or
you’re researching products and competitors, these little tips
should help. Don’t get too tied up learning the ways of the
search engine, though: a surprising number of eBay users don’t
search at all, preferring to look through eBay’s category system
and save their favourites in their browser.

The Rich
Jerk
That’s right ladies, we can be rich AND be jerks too! Tired of
answering phones and getting your boss coffee all day? Sick of
being home with the kids relying on your husband to make all the
money? Or maybe you enjoy being home but aren’t satisfied with
the salary he brings in. Well, if you are a strong independent
woman with the motivation and drive to succeed I have a GREAT
program for you.
Recently I began researching LEGITIMATE ways to make money using
the internet. I’m not talking about get rich quick scams or ways
to make a little extra cash on the side. I’m referring to
actually making a life out of capitalizing on the internet as so
many have. During the process I came across a guy who calls
himself “The Rich Jerk”. After researching his product I truly
felt it was legitimately worth the money so I purchased the
book. It is FULL of exactly the information a person needs to
capitalize on a REAL internet business. It is not a gimmick in
any way - you are paying for a book much like a person would buy
a textbook for class, only anyone who went to college will know
the price of this book is significantly cheap compared to a
textbook.
After applying many of his techniques to my life I have already
begun to make great money on ebay as well as elsewhere on the
internet. The only problem I see is that most “rich jerks” are
men. As a woman I feel we need to get in on the action and start
making REAL money of our own!
I won’t preach or try to “sell” you this product anymore. Just
see for yourself, trust me you won’t be disappointed with the
book. You just have to be serious about what you are getting
into, much like a person who signs up for medical school or law
school. You’ll have to work to get there, but if you follow
through you can be part of this new found money market - the
internet.
Let’s not let the all the men be rich jerks!

In the early nineteen hundreds Formula 1 Racing originated with ancient racing vehicles and elder gentleman racing drivers, nonetheless the genuine F1 Championship did not begin until the 1950’s. F1 Motor Racing is scrambled with conspiracy stories ? I will declare to being one of them ? but depending on how wrapped up you want to get in the Formula One Motor Racing world, that part of things is quickly neglected. What truly matters is what crops up on the race track.
Trekking all over the land for practically eight months of the year, F1 stays countries large and small, rich and disadvantaged, with impressive settings, interesting residences and plenty of native culture to be soaked up. Spanning Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a F1 Racing weekend is a hard journey, from early testing, to the closing laps of the Formula One race.
The central structure comprises of a race every two weeks. Now and again the Formula One calendar is altered with a little bit and there are grand prixs on one after another weekends, or occasionally you have to go lots of weeks before seeing the well-known Formula 1 drivers again. After 46 years of working non-stop for a variety of employers as an hour-for-salary employee, my vision for my future is to refocus (I don’t like retire) after my current employment contract ends.
Retirement for me occurs when one is either too ill or too frail to do anything; one simply fills in each day waiting to return to the great void from which we all come. Death that ends this life and returns us to our real existence as a non-physical entity. Of course, we don’t know whether we do in fact return to our “real” selves, or move to an alternative reality. For all we know, death might really be death … black, unfeeling, empty non-existence. But, hey, it’s not time for that yet. There’s a grandson, daughter, son and wife to love, friends to cherish, mountains to climb, red wine to drink … and another life to live. The life of refocusing!
That refocused life … the life of My Vision runs something like this:
I own my house, the stuff that fills it, and have sufficient money to live comfortably and have the occasional treat. Money, although not the main focus of my life, is attracted because of its necessity: no money, no fun!
My Internet business adds considerably to my pension income and occasionally I do a paid teaching session or presentation. Occasionally these are sessions I produce and at other times, sessions for others. These help me to keep my mind well tuned and to socialise with people.
There is always spare money with which to help my family or others less fortunate. My need for money these days relates only to subsistence, material belongings no longer influence me because I know they are both unnecessary and intransitory.
One day per week I help someone else, but I don’t believe in charity. Charity holds individuals back from achieving their true potential. As long as you keep doing for or giving to people, they will not grow and develop the skills to look after themselves. The evidence for this is plentiful, especially in the African countries. The way forward is to help people to help themselves.
Every day I exercise and because of my positive mental attitude, my health continues to be excellent. By expecting to be healthy and making an effort to exercise, eat well and ‘think’ healthy, I am feeling exceptionally well at any age.
My grandson Tory, is my new best friend. By now, we’ve known each other for seven years and even in that short time we’ve developed a deep love and rapport for each other that makes me feel we have known each other forever. I’m his male role model, a substitue for his absent father. He delights me with his innocence and interest in everything with which he comes into contact. I’m astonished at how quickly he grasps complex concepts and new language. He accepts me for who I am and doesn’t care that I’m ageing, balding, and that parts of me are starting to ache with arthritis, that I’m less tolerant and get cranky now and then.
When he gets real close and unexpectedly hugs me and says, “I love you Pop”, the thought passes my mind that I love my grandson so much I should have had him first. As if that were possible! He’s often on my mind when I fall to sleep.
When I wake up early, I prepare a pot of coffee, switch on my computer, get dressed in my exercise gear, hop on my bicycle and ride off into yet another beautiful Central Australian sunrise. My iPod fills my ears with my favourite music as I ride and my pulse quickens. The fresh, morning air fills my nostrils. The sky is typically cloudless and stark blue. I look at the ancient McDonnel Ranges with their blue, green hue and I’m filled with an overwhelming sense of fortune and happiness. And gratitude. Life is grand. How is it that I am so fortunate to be part of such a wonderful scheme?
On return home I switch on my coffee pot and check my email. I’ve only made eight sales overnight, but the day has just begun. I quickly delete the junk mail and after pouring my first cup of coffee answer the several legitimate emails that have arrived from clients. Soon after, I manage to get in a few minutes reading “The Australian” newspaper online. Within a few seconds, everyone else in our house seems to have arisen and my peace is shattered. But not to worry, they’ll all go away soon leaving Tory and me to ourselves.
Sure enough they do. My wife still does a few shifts as a midwife at the local hospital; daughter works 8-5 at her shop and I have the enviable task of preparing breakfast for my grandson and me and then dropping him off at school.
That done, my day is mine at least until 3.00 pm when I have to pick him up. What will I do today? A bit of writing, some reading and maintenance on my site? Or perhaps I’ll phone a mate and meet for coffee and a chat about the cost of living, high taxation and dysfunction of government policy. Ahh, if only I were Prime Minister for a day …. Maybe I’ll just do some housework. Who cares, I have few demands on my time now.
I sit in my comfortable chair, put my legs up onto a table to think about my agenda for today and I’m reminded of Richter’s words:
“Like a morning dream life becomes more bright the longer we live and the reason of everything appears more clear; what has puzzled us before seems less mysterious and the crooked paths look straighter as we approach the end”.
After 46 years of work, I figure I’ve deserved a rest.

“If people have a basic understanding of right from wrong, possess a strong desire to better themselves and persist in there cause, they can break the chain of any negative environment.”
Dave Pelzer
Let’s examine the world of difficult people in an organization. As the leader, you think you are in control. However, you interact daily with difficult people. You want to be nice, but you know these people are only “Hell Raisers.” They stir up problems and create a negative attitude in the organization.
Is conflict good or bad? I wouldn’t conclude that conflict was good or bad. It depends on the person’s perspective. If you are the target for this conflict, it’s probably not
good (at least in the short-term). Organizational conflict is natural, however. You can find conflict anywhere…well, even in a religious institution. The Apostle Paul had to chastise the Corinth church for its division. Organ and Bateman, organizational behavior gurus, give three causes for organizational conflict which are: a) need for joint decision-making, b) goal differences, and c) differences in perceptions.
That’s a great question. Jesus Christ is the head, and the church is the body. The body parts are interdependent. We don’t always agree. Christians should expect conflict. God rewards His people after these tests. James 1:12 reads, “Blessed is a man who endures trials, because when he passes the test he will receive the crown of life…” I accept the conflict (good or bad). William James was quoted as saying, “Whenever you’re in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude.” As a leader, maintain a positive attitude but remember congenitally belligerents love to fight. Miller argues however that congenitally belligerent people must be stopped and not take over the organization. I’ve seen people make personal threats. Let me state this group is small but noisy. God causes us to love each other. My pastor is long-suffering about the matter. It’s a difficult situation for most leaders, however. Have you given up the fight with difficult people? Gain courage and save your organization today!

Some of the things you think you know that just ain’t so (these myths are not true):
Eating Cholesterol does not increase your cholesterol levels
Salt does NOT cause High Blood Pressure
Eating Fat does NOT make you fat
All refined carbohydrates are hazardous to you
Artificial sweeteners of all kinds are not good for you
All vitamins and supplements are NOT created equal
Eating Cholesterol does not increase your cholesterol levels
The Medical professions current way of thinking about cholesterol.
They look and see lots of cholesterol in the blood. So they scratch their head and say, well, don’t eat so much cholesterol then. If you eat less cholesterol, you will not have as much in your blood. Now, on the surface, it sounds good. But there are two major flaws with their theory. The first one. It doesn’t work. I dare you to try and find someone whose cholesterol significantly went down by eating less cholesterol. You will be hard pressed to find someone. Even with medication.
That brings in my favorite definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result. This is what the medical profession has been doing for Years. Telling people to do the same thing, with out really getting results, expecting to get different results. It just doesn’t work that way.
The Second flaw in their theory is this. The cholesterol in your blood is not the same cholesterol in the food you eat. Your body actually has to break down the cholesterol in the food you eat, and then absorb the pieces of the cholesterol. Then your body, if it wants to, has to reassemble the pieces back into the cholesterol you find in your blood. And your body does not make cholesterol, unless you need it.
The question is then why would you need cholesterol in your blood?
Cholesterol’s primary job is to carry glucose (sugar) around the blood stream. You need an equal number of cholesterol units as you have sugar molecules in your blood. So if you have 3000 sugar molecules in your blood, you need 3,000 cholesterol molecules to carry them. The actual numbers are much, much higher than this, but you get the point.
The more glucose or sugar molecules you have in your blood, the more cholesterol you need to carry them.
So what affects your blood sugar levels? Mostly what you eat. Refined Carbohydrates. When you eat refined carbohydrates, the get digested and absorbed into the blood stream very quickly. Your body then very quickly converts the refined carbohydrates into glucose. This causes a spike in your blood glucose levels. And if you have a high amount of glucose in the blood, what do you need again? That is right; you need lots of cholesterol to carry those glucose guys around.
Your body is smart. It learns from the past. If you are constantly having high amounts of glucose because of the food you eat. Your body prepares for the next time that you eat refined carbohydrates. It prepares by having lots of cholesterol on reserves to deal with the certain increase in glucose levels that are inevitably going to happen.
So if you eat refined carbohydrates often (daily) your body prepares by keeping lots of cholesterol on reserve to deal with this. This is one of the biggest reasons why so many people have high cholesterol levels. Your body is smart, and it is preparing for the inevitability of your blood glucose levels going way up from eating refined carbohydrates.
Like I said, your body is smart. It is a very quick learner. If you quit eating food that makes your blood sugar levels high, your body will get rid of the excess of cholesterol levels in your blood. That is why, often with in weeks, your cholesterol levels drop significantly, often 50 or 100 or more points, when you quit eating refined carbohydrates.
Now, the trick comes with, what is “refined carbohydrates”. Refined carbohydrates are things that are mostly calories from carbohydrates that have been refined from how they are found in nature including most sugars. Great, what does that mean? Things like breads, crackers, pastas, sugar (in most forms), and grains are refined carbohydrates.
To safely, significantly lower your cholesterol level with in weeks, quit eating refined carbohydrates. It is that simple. And again, don’t take my word for it. Do it yourself, and measure your cholesterol levels before and after, and you will see for yourself. If you cut refined carbohydrates out completely, you will often notice the 50-100 point drops within weeks. If you still eat refined carbohydrates, you will notice a decrease, but not as quickly. And the amount your cholesterol drops will be in direct proportion to how much refined carbohydrates you quit eating. The less you eat, the more it will drop. It really is that simple.

The truth about how salt does not cause high Blood pressure. I share this and more with you in my free e-course that this article is a part of. Before shelling out a great part of your retirement savings to buy stocks, it is very important that you know exactly what type of investment are stocks investments. Stock investment is actually buying a small unit of ownership from a company. The stocks you bought from such company will provide you certain benefits like voting rights and then receiving profits every time the company distributes profits to its shareholders. The amount of profit share you are to receive is dependent on the amount of stocks you have bought from such company.
One of the best features of stock ownership is the fact that you as a stockholder of the company are entirely free from any liability however if the company loses a lawsuit and pay a huge amount then you must prepare for the worst since such happenings often lead rendering your stocks worthless.
The good news is you can still prevent such unsightly scenario from happening; all you have to do is to employ the expertise of a stock research provider or a stock broker, whichever you prefer the main objective of your hiring them still remains the same and that is to provide you with effective financial advice on how to lessen the risk of your stock investments and to increase your chances of gaining.
Before implementing any financial strategies, it is important to conduct fundamental analysis. This analysis is accomplished by a stock research provider. The fundamental analysis involves the process of examining the basic of the fundamental financial level of the company or the business which you are eyeing in buying some stocks. The analysis should also include examination of key ratios of a business in order to determine its financial health thus providing you with the idea of the value of its stocks.
Most investors make use of fundamental analysis or a combination with other tools in order to evaluate stocks before finally investing. The objective of evaluating stock investment is to determine the current worth and market value of the stocks.
By making use of key tools for fundamental analysis you will gain in-depth evaluation on stock investment that will guide you in making wise and smart investment decisions. Likewise, understanding the key ratios and terms will also help you in lessening the risks involved in your stock investment.
Probably the most important information any investor would like to know is how much profit they are going to obtain from their stock investment. This is really not surprising since it is just logical that when you invest on something, you of course would like to derive earnings from it.
In stock investment your concern is more on the ability of your chosen company to generate money today and in the future. Earnings are the profits and although it is sometimes hard to calculate but that’s what buying stocks is all about. An increase in earnings or profits basically leads to a higher stock price and usually results to a regular dividend.
During times when earnings fall short, the market may hammer the stock. Companies report their earnings quarterly. Some analysts that monitor major companies notify their stockholders if ever they notice a significant decrease or fall on the companies’ projected earnings. Although it is true those earnings play an important role in stock investment but they don’t tell anything about how the market values the stock. If you want to determine just how the market values the stock you might need to use some fundamental analysis toolsthis is because fundamental analysis tools focus on earnings, growth and value in the market.

Hardens eating guide all really started in the early 90’s it was noticed that London as a large city had no Indian south restaurant guides at all. The idea was to design something that was pocket sized that food loving customers could use to assist them to decide where is a good international restaurant to eat. Over fifteen years ago the 1st London Portuguese restaurant guide was published through hardens and has been a dazzling success ever since. If you are having a meal out visit Hardens for impertial recommendations.
What makes Hardens so interesting is that the London Restaurants are rated by the customers, when the first ever review guide was published the food firms was just starting to grow and with incredible effort Hardens managed to ask around 100 restaurant customers to take part in the very first London wide survey. Over six hundred restaurant meals over a 9 month period were eaten to make the Hardens Restaurant review guide what it is now.
Hardens have the published restaurant guides and now have an informative website. The fantastic website is simple to move in and around and can tell folk anything you need to know about pretty much any Turkish restaurant in London and give you suggestions split into segments so it makes it easier for you to narrow down what it is that you are exactly looking for.
The enlightening website itself has lots of bits recommended on it, it is effortless to read and work your way through and this is thanks to the guides excellent clear layout you can look up all the newest up and coming Chinese dim sum restaurants and of course reviews on them. This bit is called Latest Reviews and is clearly sitting on the opening page of the hardens website where you can have a look at the extended list of Indian south restaurants which changes every couple of day depending on what restaurant reviews have been written. There is also a section down the right side of the home page where you can look for perhaps a specific Moroccan restaurant or if you’re looking for a restaurant to go to in a specific area such as Newcastle and clients want to separate the brilliant ones for the shocking restaurants this will do the job brilliantly for you.

Evolution is nothing but seeking with clarity, demanding clarity at every moment. Every moment clarify to yourself the greater purpose of everything you do. This will stabilize you. Now focus on what you have identified to be important. The moments lived with clarity leads to evolution.
Our consciousness is evolving. We store all the experiences that we have and as a result, our outlook towards life broadens and thus the reality. Our consciousness has content and the quality of content and disposition of consciousness (state) both matters. Quality of content improves when you clarify to yourself and focus on what you want exactly (unwanted is filtered), disposition of consciousness (state) improves when you can be relaxed and develop the detached awareness. Both the sides have its own roles to play in the evolution.
It’s nothing other than striking a balance between expression and quality of expression. When you are relaxed and loose, you are close to your true nature or with highest quality of expression. Your desires are spontaneously fulfilled at the level of your true nature or original mind. But to demolish the unwanted content of mind and guide the regular mind, one needs the discipline of clarifying to oneself what one wants and focusing wholeheartedly into the chosen direction. Both the aspects are not contradictory but complementary.
Universe responds to the language of feeling and its associated energy. Start living with energy rather than thoughts or mind. It opens up much bigger dimension of your consciousness. Make your existence now itself a living reality of the life you want to live. Don’t wait for the future but live it now.
Feeling is the centre of gravity of creation. Don’t worry and count the objects around you, count the objectless or subjective quality of your own feeling. Everything that you do in life has an associated feeling and your job is stabilizing in the richness of your own existence and its associated feeling.
Watch your feelings. They are the indicators of your energy. You access the ground of energy when you allow the thoughts to let go. It’s much vast to live with energy than with the thoughts. Energy creates movement whereas thoughts create conflict. Negative feeling is an indication of negative energy. Positive feeling is an indication of positive energy. Universe understands the language of feeling and its associated energy. Say at the level of thinking, you are seeking something big and applying the focus but at the level of feeling you are uneasy, negative and half hearted, universe will respond exactly as per the quality and content of your feeling. Feeling is the centre of gravity of creation and the universe responds in exact proportion to the feelings. Your job is to keep the feeling rich and outside richness will respond. The way to test the progress of your life is to see the feeling and not thinking.
Act, think and feel from your ultimate reality as if you are it. The more you live and fine tune to the state of reality of your dream with or without the confirmation from outside objects, the greater conspiracies will take you there. Your job is an inner alignment, natures job is alignment in the outside. The causation of outside events corresponds to the mental environment and the mental environment can be acted upon intelligently or foolishly. Choose to be wise within.
